The geological fund of “Pacific Engineering Company Ltd.” stores geological materials and reports accumulated over almost 50 years. Initially, the data of the geological fund were created by the state enterprise “DMIGE”, which performed a large volume of offshore engineering surveys during the active development of engineering geology in the 70 – 90s of the last century, associated with the study of the continental shelf and the development of hydrocarbon deposits on Sakhalin and in other regions. By virtue of the 20-year activity of “Pacific Engineering Company Ltd.” in the field of engineering surveys, both offshore and onshore, the mental vocabulary was supplemented by hundreds of geological reports and cartographic materials of different research lines. Basically, they are the engineering-geological reports but the archive also contains the reports of topographical, hydro-meteorological, environmental and other works. The report collection is unique. The materials are stored both in the paper and electronic form.
